-Ability to speak and write in English at a proficient level and be able to travel to the US. -Be accountable for all marketing projects and tasks success by providing the leadership needed to see them through from start to finish. This is a management position in which you will be coordinating multiple/simultaneous projects in partnership with other departments.
-Lead a team with different set of skills.
-This position will be a remote position. Which means that from the Dominican Republic the Marketing Manager will be handling the brand in the United States. This position will be reporting to the Vice- President (Co-Founder) of the company.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for Marketing for Multiple Entities including our IT Company, Telecommunications Company as well as the Dominican based entity.
• Establish and lead the marketing department
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns and strategies (online/offline) from concept to execution to measurement – in line with company objectives (this includes: Timelines, budgets, tactics, etc.)
• Develop, execute and deliver the company’s digital/online marketing strategy. This includes planning, budgeting and reporting
• Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to drive marketing programs
• Resolve issues and solve problems that may occur throughout the lifecycle of a campaign or project
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Websites updates and maintenance (from content strategy to analytics analysis)
• Analyze and interpret user stats in order to improve the customer/partner experience
• Event planning and logistics

Requisitos del Puesto

Bachelor degree in Marketing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as marketing manager
• Proven experience working with (or in) the US market
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Strong creative outlook
• Good experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Ability to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of all ongoing project priorities
• Sense of urgency in meeting all deadlines
• Customer-focused style with the skills and ability to handle stressful or difficult situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Precise attention to details
• Familiarity with (a plus):
o CRM systems and practices
o Automation tools like Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo
o Channel Focused (Indirect Sales)
o Experience of campaign management: Adwords, AdMob, Email, etc
o Search engine experience, including the ability to generate inbound links / backlinks from the internet
o Good working knowledge of Web analytics
